Ebisu Japanese - Palm Beach Gardens

My boyfriend and I are visiting from Southern California, where we've enjoyed some of the finest sushi at Michelin-rated restaurants. We came across this little gem and have never tasted salmon sashimi as exceptional as what we found here. If you decide to visit, be sure to order the salmon, scallop, and yellowtail sashimi—you won’t regret it! I give it a perfect 10/10. The service was excellent too! Remember, don’t judge a place by its appearance!

The food and service here are outstanding. The dishes are consistently delicious, and the quality of the sushi surpasses that of any sushi restaurant I’ve ever visited.

I truly enjoyed every aspect of this restaurant, from the menu to the ambiance and the service. However, the meal I ordered fell flat; I found it tasteless and unappetizing. I kept hoping it would improve, but it never did. I had a $17 teriyaki chicken lunch box, and in my opinion, it wasn't worth it. Perhaps I’ll give it another chance for dinner?

I will recommend this place for Happy hours. Good varieties of choices. We had the Hamachi sashimi appetizer. Quality is fair. Other happy hours items we picked are pretty good too. We also ordered the sashimi boat for two people for $35 but the presentation is a bit disappointing.
