Domino's Pizza - Palm Beach Gardens

I had a good experience at Domino's. They mistakenly sent my pick-up order for delivery, but they quickly made me a new order at no charge.

Always reliable. I love the app that allows me to track the progress of my order.

I've been ordering pizza from this place for years and never had a problem. Last Thursday night I ordered 2 medium 2 topping handmade pan pizzas, chicken bites and a chicken Alfredo in a bread bowl and nothing but problems. We got part of our order wrong (some kind of mushroom dish was delivered in a tin bowl, not the chicken Alfredo in a bread bowl) and the pizzas were dreadfully boiled. When I tried to solve these problems, no one answered and I stayed in hand for over 18 minutes. I finally gave up and made a review within the app and asked for contact to solve it, but I never received a call or email. I love dominos and normally they would highly recommend and their quality of food. Due to my recent experience, I will not recommend this place because of poor quality and non-existent customer service.

The pizza was ineffective. His sharp, crispy, fleshy. PERFECT! I think I'm trying to find reasons to go as far away as I live, just so we can go back.

Pizza has improved significantly compared to before. We just can't get enough of their pizza! If it’s been a while since you tried Domino's, I definitely recommend giving it another shot.
