We have been coming to this place for some time now. However, we see a decline in service quality with the people bringing the food. On many occasions, we have asked for small items such lime for our water or additional helpings. However, we are aware that they did not get it, as their understanding of the request is not comprehended. We have heard them talking about the customers, thinking that people don’t understand Spanish. They, for the most part have an attitude and that is unacceptable. On the other hand, we have an excellent opinion and appreciate the service level provided by our bartender. We and many other people at the bar got tired of the poor service provided by the servers. We are not getting the level of service we are used to. Our bartender is a friendly, courteous and skillful individual with an excellent attention to the customer. I have seen other servers come in and take drinks out while leaving g the bartender hanging to waste a drink. Granted this is Spanish restaurant and many of those customers are Spanish speaking. Yet, my neighbors and us enjoy coming here for the good food, but we are getting exasperated with the poor service and attitude of some of the servers. I even saw one of them getting very upset because his order was not ready when he came out to get it. That is not a place to do this.
Beautiful Cuban restaurant. The Spanish fingerpicked guitar instrumental music adds to the atmosphere. The food was amazing.
Food came out semi-hot. Waitress ignored us until we were 75% done with our meal even though we were there at 3 PM and no other patrons in the place. We hadn't been in Padrinos since the pandemic began and won't be back.
We ordered to pick up for a birthday next day, Since they cannot make the food in the morning. They had told us it would be ready to be picked up at 6:30, but I had a lot of Other things to pick up so I didn’t show up until a couple of hours later. They called and were giving us an attitude because we had not showed up yet. Please train your people To have good professional customer service skills. Other than that everyone was great.
