Had sake selection that we enjoyed both cold and hot. The waitress, Julia, was lovely, personable and super knowledgeable about the sake and the food selections. Will go back again very soon!!!
Everything was sub par, from apps. to main meal. Had boss in from NY and we got takeout to enjoy on porch. Everything was poor in taste and content. Nothing good to report. I’ll expense the meal!
We stopped into this restaurant on a Wednesday for dinner. The decor is SoBe chic. The service was friendly, with 2 waiters asking to take our drink orders. We ordered “Arnold Palmer” which is a blend of ice tea and lemonade, which the staff said was all made on premises. It was very good. The entrees we ordered were a different matter. The entrees came with a salad with ginger dressing. The dressing was good, but the bottom of the salad bowl was full of water – totally diluting the dressing by the time you got to the bottom of the bowl. My entree was Vietnamese grilled pork – sounded great. It was 3 slices of pork – which looked sauteed, not grilled. Served with the pork was a bed of noodles, bean sprouts and some mixed greens on top. The bean sprouts and the noodles had a very strong anise flavor , the noodles were knotted together in clumps – all stuck together and not very appetizing. The meat was good, but was served cold. The dipping sauce that came with it was very good. My companion had the chicken with peanut sauce – and although he did finish it, he said it tasted a little “off”. I have heard good reviews about this restaurant and cannot say that the food was good.
