Food and flavor was excellent. Portions were very large. A bit too large.

We have been coming to Aruba for 19 years. We always make a point of eating at Madame Janette at least once. This year was no exception. Our server was excellent. I had a nice single malt before dinner while looking at the wine list. We ordered a fine tasting Malbec. My wife ordered the Sea Bass, my brother-in-law ordered the Cordon Bleu and I ordered the Butcher's Steak. All were excellent. My steak was probably the most tender steak I have eaten in quite a while. The portions are plentiful. We will do it again next year.
