Wendy's - Palm Bay

The cooks seemed relaxed while several cars were waiting. The lights were off at the restaurant, and this was at 10:15 a.m. After placing my order, I was instructed to pull into the parking lot to wait for my food, which took 25 minutes to arrive. The cashier, who took my order, appeared exhausted or perhaps just didn’t want to be there, as she was rather curt. I gave two stars because I believe everyone deserves a second chance. The Malabar location is much better; the food is fresher, and the staff are friendlier.

I enjoy eating the Chocolate Frosty here! This chain is a regular fast food company, with no frills, but the Chili is really tasty. All the food items are agreeable. Enjoy!

I always wondered why this Wendy's location seemed so empty, and now I understand. I visited the drive-thru last Saturday morning, just before breakfast ended, and as usual, there were hardly any customers, except for one car ahead of me. The first issue arose when I tried to show my QR code from the Wendy's app. The woman at the window sighed and acted like it was a hassle, and of course, the code didn’t work. Then, I received a cold coffee without cream or sugar, even though I had specifically asked about it twice, and she assured me that it was included. I returned the coffee, and she said she would get me a fresh one. I ended up waiting for over five minutes, so I decided to go inside, only to find that a fresh pot was just being brewed. I finished my sandwich while waiting—how long does that take? Frustrated, I asked for orange juice instead, and thankfully, that went smoothly. Overall, I wouldn't recommend visiting this place again.

If employees wouldn't play so much, they could probably correct the order. This place gets my order wrong every time. No wonder his rarely busy
