I've been on the 4th. August tries to return my money for an order I never received. I called this place 35 times a day, and nobody ever answered the phone. I went into the situation (which is difficult because I can't drive a seizure and can't drive) and called from inside in the restaurant and watched them ignore the call. I got the phone number to a manager Nancy who never answered or returned my calls. I went back to the site and got the phone number to a Richard Manzano who is the area manager, he sent me an email to ask the details of the transaction and hasn't reacted since. I called my bank to deny the charges. I wouldn't go to this place or another subway, even if I was paid for it.
Very disappointed! I ordered my chicken rot salad and the chicken looked like cat food from a can. When I explained my reason for returning, a female employee decided to argue that the chicken is coming. I ate some of the other facilities and it never looked like it was ground chicken. I just wanted my refund not to be an argument about how my food should look. On the subway in Malabar and it was the way it should be!
Can someone please explain why this restaurant has run out of fresh bread, cookies, pickles, and cups? What is the management doing here? How can a restaurant be so unprepared to serve its customers? Why are employees left to work alone, which is not safe? I don't understand why they would close in an hour and lock the customers inside while my husband was still in the restaurant. We placed an online order and the employees were complaining about fulfilling online orders, then decided to stop serving customers an hour before closing. The employees also seemed unhappy while making our sandwiches. I paid $12 for a sandwich with double meat and double cheese, but it was disappointing with a lack of meat, cheese, and pickles.
We ordered 3 subs online for the second time, and my husband went to pick them up. When he arrived at the store, the employee had not started making the subs. They informed him that they were out of a certain type of bread and steak for the steak and cheese sub. It was frustrating that we were not informed of these issues prior to picking up our order, especially since this was the second time it had happened. Now we are having trouble getting a refund since we paid online. It took three days for the store to answer our phone call, and we are still waiting for a manager to call us back in two days. We will not be ordering from this place again.
Im normally a meatball on white kinda guy cause it's quick and easy but I scoped out the baja steak jack on the menu and the gentleman behind the counter was more than willing to explain it and hook me up with it on a spinach leaf wrap. Absolutely freaking amazing wrap! I'll definitely be back.
