Mcdonald's - Palm Bay

I hate to leave a 1-star review, but I really want to bring this to the attention of the management. I have never had any issues during the day shift, but every time I have visited this restaurant after hours, it has been extremely disappointing. They completely ignore you, get your order wrong, and sometimes pretend they are out of most items on the menu out of pure laziness. It is unfortunate because I have to go out of my way to the location off of 95 instead of dealing with the incompetence at this location. The management really needs to address the issues with the night shift staff. It reflects poorly on the reputation of the restaurant. It is truly disgraceful.

My experience at this McDonald's was fantastic. We ordered 2 Happy Meals but were a little short on cash. Patrick, a kind employee, paid for our meal. Another cashier also made us laugh and was very sweet. Kudos to the staff at this location!

The worst McDonalds!!! They take forever to answer the drive thru and they are always out of something. I typically go for a quick late night snack and they are out of everything and they only accept or they are closed because the system is down. Well I went and tried the for an early morning breakfast and of Of course they were out of food, cups, receipt paper, andemployees. Only one girl was working her name is Haley and she did really good with what she had to work with but it isunacceptable to run a business like this!! I will never go back.

I just I just left there a few minutes ago, and me and my friend were never waited on. Here is what happened: -We go into the second drive through because we see cards going through and being helped. We go up, and we wait to be helped. One car in thenext lane gets helped and we wait. Another car in the other lane gets helped and we wait. And this happens a third/fourth time.So we decided to pull around and order inside -we go inside and we see a crowd waiting for food/to be helped. We also waited fora while before leaving. Before we left, we were able to see everyone in the back horse playing, joking, and standing around. I'mnot sure what the hairnet policy is, but no one had one on. If anything, they had their red hats with their hair down. And therewas someone with a grey hoodie on, and the only thing I see him do is grab a cup (I didn't pay attention with what he did withit) and he looked a little lost. Over all, me and my friend were there for 10 minutes minimum 20 minutes maximum

I just left the restaurant a few minutes ago with my friend, and we were never served. Here's what happened: We went through the drive-thru and waited to be helped, but multiple cars were served before us. After waiting for a long time, we decided to go inside to order. Despite seeing several employees working, we still had to wait a considerable amount of time before leaving. None of the employees seemed to be wearing hairnets, and one person looked confused while holding a cup. Altogether, my friend and I were at the restaurant for at least 10 minutes, but it felt like 20 minutes maximum.
