Heavenly. I love everything about this restaurant. Angela is incredibly kind and hospitable. Truly a family business, her son (the cook! is equally as delightful and kind. Sea urchin is my favorite food and their spaghetti ai ricci is the best I have EVER had. They only use fresh sea urchin, so the sauce is creamy and rich without being too thick. TRULY perfect. I cannot stress enough how much I love this pasta. I. LOVE. THIS. PASTA. Angela suggested a beautiful wine that was affordable and delicious. After dinner, Angela (unsurprisingly! brought us a smooth and complex amaro that I will attempt to ship home in bulk. My only regret is that we ate too much to have dessert but of course Angela brought us cookies anyway! I cannot recommend Da Spano enough. I love it here Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely fresh fish, well presented and perfectly cooked. It's a shame to have discovered this restaurant the evening before departure.
