Food, service and prices are all acceptable in this restaurant. The food is good, but nothing I would go back or write home.

At work there were about 7 waiters/waitresses, but unfortunately no one spoke English and our waiter didn't care about us. We've been waiting for our food for a long time, and my friend got a wrong dish. The waiter did not understand what she had ordered....Now the wrong meal took away and after approx. 20 minutes, a guy said the new court will be ready... Also ordered milkshake, but it was disgusting and something in it was too old... it didn't drink. Fortunately, the chicken we finally got was delicious and fresh. Fish was also very good. Only garlic sauce was too creamy.

Try to avoid this restaurant! Because me and my wife have eaten in one night on 17 august here , me mexican chicken and her some tipe of thailandese chicken with rice we got food poisoning and we felt verry ill all night and...the day after so we had to leave and go back home. He lost one night at our restaurant because we couldn't stay due to stomach pain and vomiting!

Pro's: 1. I went with the Lamb Chops big mistake) , she went with the Chicken wings)fries= she won. 2. Busy , clean , with a big menu to choose from. 3. Waiting line was not too long. Thought we were late due to traffic...as we had reservation, they were king enough to placed us at the beginning of line. 3. Tripe soup was good, maybe a little more tripe was better. However was fresh with a good taste. Cons: 1. Noisy, busy, full lounge, with a group of guests romma people) were intoxicated at arrival. To my surprize they were still served alcohol which lead to more noise from them and disturbance all around. That made my dinner more upsetting and really I didn't knew which I was about to be more upset with: the bad lamb, them or the management team that first accept them at the establishment, served more alcohol though they were drunk already) or the fact that none of the team there dindn't advice them to be more quiet. 2. Tables are too close, team are not wearing the masks full faced as they should to. Covid-19 is here to stay in Romania and will spread if too much people are too close. Conclusion: 1. Too noisy and with the food is a hit and miss. if a guest is telling you that the lamb was not good and was still bunch of pieces there, do something about it) 2. You have the right to select your customers..... well do so. You sold some and you have made upset alot of others by allowing noise and disturbance to others. 3. Food is not bad, but you are better off ordering on-line/take away for safety reasons , attenting maybe less busy/ crowded places. 4. Menu could be simpler, better organized with the accent on quality, rather than quantity. 3. As the experience was the way it was, choose your time to go there maybe take away is the way on this pandemic) This review by no means should be taken on the negative side of things. This are just pointers to improve, as I've been to your locations every time when we are around.
