This is THE restaurant to discover around Rosas! You will be welcomed there by Poncho , the owner 's dog, in a very pretty setting, all in red stones and lush vegetation. So yes, it 's more of a gastro, so necessarily the budget is a little higher, but we are far from the restaurants by the sea (even if some are very good) and the quality of the cuisine is really there EXCEPTIONAL. I have certainly not scoured all the tables in France and Spain but La Casa Carmeta is, to date, the best restaurant where I have ever eaten! The owner, Eddy, a Frenchman who has been living in Spain for 20 years, is very friendly and the whole team really takes care of the customers! In conclusion, you can go there with your eyes closed!! Excellent food and atmosphere, very close and personalized treatment. enchanted with the choice. They put homemade bread and some richy olives while waiting for the dishes. We recommend the tomato with mozzarela, attach the photo, perfect as first.
