Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe ordered through a delivery app for Wingstop's new Thighstop menu. Oh my gosh, I wanted to like this so much, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. The chicken was sooooo overcooked and dry that it was like eating super tough greasy chicken jerky or shoe leather. We really could not chew through it at all. And it seems like they forgot to put any salt or base seasoning on the chicken. I have never had any chicken that was this terrible and I've had a lot of chicken! We will not order from here again.
Before I came to this location on Dundee, I called twice And to put in my order ahead of time but no one answered the phone on 10/27/21 at around 7:40pm. Since no one answered I figured I'll just order my meal when I get there and wait which is a bit inconvenient. I walk in the place and 2 people are close to the register and no one greets me and then finally a gentlemen asks me if I had a pick up order and I said no I am here to order, so he turns around ana I guess tells the girl who already clearly heard me to take my order. She comes over (I believe her name was Jessica) and was extremely rude, rolling her eyes and acting as if me ordering was burdensome, mind you no one was even in the restaurant so it wasn't busy and she was stacking cups when I got there. I spent around $42 but the rudeness was disrespectful, especially with the fact that I tried to call ahead of time so I wouldn't have an unneeded wait. Overall horrible customer experience.
This was my first experience at Wingstop. I called in to put in an order and talked to someone who told me the prices and sizing options of everything they offer there. I told him I wanted to 15 boneless and he told me it would be $14.__ and it would be ready in 15-20 minutes (this guy was mumbling on the phone as well) so I double checked to make sure how long it would take. After getting there 20 min later I go to pick up my order and they ask for my name. The odd part is on the phone I had never been asked for my name and I told them that. Only to find out they had no order for me not remembering talking to me. I called the number back on my phone I had called earlier and it rung the restaurant I was in, so I knew I didn't call the wrong place. There was no apology and they only told me I could place an order there and wait another 15-20 min. (which I didn't have) Nothing was offered to make up for the inconvenience and I still have absolutely NO idea who I talked to at that place. Very confusing and honestly don't see myself going through any hassle with this chain again. Honestly just weird they couldn't tell me who I talked to
This has to be the worst wingstop ever. I live In the Palatine area so this place Is convenient distance wise, but I will be the 1st to tell you to ALWAYS check your order before you leave. Today will be the 4th time I had an order that they mixed up, I was rushing because I was trying to catch the Bears game so I didn't check to make sure It was correct and sure enough when I got home to open the bag It was the wrong order! So I called and had to drive back to receive the proper order, so unprofessional! No discount, they didnt let me keep the food that they screwed up, no credit was offered NOTHING! JUST ME BURNING MY GAS TO GET WHAT I PAYED FOR FROM THE JUMP! And when I asked can I keep the screwed up order the lady said no she's throwing It away! Terrible service!
Wow a employee named Rafael was so rude when I called asking why I was missing food that I ordered for delivery. I paid 40 dollars worth of food and he insisted that I was wrong and pretty much called me a liar. Way to go for customer service. Plus, they didn't even care to drain some of the oil after frying the wings. It was a puddle of oil! Disgusting.
