Mcdonald's - Palatine

I stayed here for one night and had a wonderful experience. The customer service was excellent, and the employees truly deserve a raise, ideally up to $15.00 per hour! If the owner of McDonald's considers that, I would be happy to work at this fast food restaurant! Have a great day!

This restaurant has consistently provided me with a generous meal at a fair price. It’s my favorite fast food spot. The food is always delicious, and I can count on getting a tasty meal every time. The fries are typically served piping hot straight from the fryer, and my drink is prepared just how I like it. I truly appreciate having a place where I know I can leave satisfied. The establishment is clean and well-maintained, including the restrooms. The staff is helpful, and I have no complaints at all. I will definitely return!

This McDonald's is impressively clean and has a modern appearance. The staff wear neat uniforms and are friendly and attentive towards customers. They even deliver your order to your table and check in to ensure everything is satisfactory. The manager is courteous and readily available to answer any questions. I truly enjoyed my experience here.

Awful experience! I requested my order to be packed in two separate bags, but the manager was unhelpful and claimed it was too late because she had too many orders to handle. When I inquired about my fries, which I noticed were not included despite me asking twice, she told me to just wait. I waited quietly for a bit, but when I finally got home, my food was cold. The service was terrible! It seems they think anyone can just hand out pre-packaged food without care! This place is a disaster. I ended up wasting my time and nearly $50!

My favorite restaurant in the city! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is always fresh. The prices are very reasonable, making it one of the best values for your money in town! We were warmly welcomed, and our orders were taken right away. Within just a few minutes, the waitress brought our meals to the table. Our food was hot and beautifully presented. It's a fantastic spot for a quick bite, and the service is impressively fast!
