They close every day at 19 o'clock because of no workers. orly has asked the owner to update as many have to order via the app. he said we can only ask for a refund from corp. that does not help when my children are hungry, the app gave me an order number and time to get only to be told about the owner to go away, he is closed. I showed him my order number n pickup time, he didn't say his problem. we spend our hard-earned dollar here, but we will no longer support the rudeness so.

I can manage this place better than a budding sweat. the village palatine should keep this volk in the eye. manager should pay how he keeps this place and how his employees don't wash their hands. they stay away from this place, someone gets poisoned. or even killed.

Why don't you go to order? they had the personal so stop working as excuse for bad customer service. hopefully this franchisee understands how the customer is king and they will not have any business if they only accept online orders. I will never come back and tell many of these unpleasant experiences.

Moves to online order is terrible. have they got me a random person pizza and had ananas on it? never order here again.

I have no idea how this pizza place stays open how it stays in business when the workers there don’t use gloves they pick up the phone and the hang up on you I understand their short staff I totally get it so is everyone else so is every other place that does not give them the right to speak to you or treat people the way they do over the phone and whoever this owner is of this little Caesars needs to shut down so we can start over is the worst little Caesars I’ve ever been to scene and I’ve been in Palatine my my entire life
