Chen's - Palatine

For the price, this is great food, 4.5 stars. Big portions (tons of beef! ; the filling in the eggrolls was amazing, loved those. Mongolian beef was a bit different, more peppery but delicious, in a good sauce. BBQ pork was good and the fried rice was tasty. Lady inside was very nice too

I absolutely love this restaurant! We've been frequenting it for over a year now, and both Ron and his wife do a fantastic job running this carry-out Chinese food establishment. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I know how challenging it can be to find restaurants that serve delicious gluten-free options, especially when it comes to Chinese cuisine. Their food is outstanding, and the prices are quite reasonable. I recommend this place to all my friends and colleagues. If you're looking for tasty Chinese food at a fair price, this is definitely the place to try!

I absolutely love Chen's. They offer delicious food at affordable prices. My personal favorites are the sweet and sour chicken, orange chicken, and fried rice. This has been our go-to Chinese restaurant for nearly five years, if not longer.

I want to take a moment to thank Yu Ron. A friend who follows a gluten-free diet recommended this restaurant, and they couldn't stop praising it. After trying it for ourselves, we also fell in love with the food! The owners, Ron and Yu, are incredibly kind and helpful. The food is not only delicious, but the portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. You guys are amazing! Just a heads-up: they only offer takeout, no dining in, but they maintain a clean kitchen for such a small establishment.
