If, on the other hand, eating the products of the farm does not scare you, stop yourself, there is room and the frame is very beautiful! The family holding this farm is complementary, in the sense that everyone puts their touch of livestock in the service of their products. We shared entries: Corsican charcuterie plate, very good. Corsican soup is tasteful and hearty. I like cheese doughs a lot. Lamb liver terrine is surprising and would not necessarily be appropriate to someone who does not like the pronounced taste of lamb abatements. In flat, I let myself try with the milk lamb accompanied by gnocchis to the chestnut (excellent) and sarpretzi (don't search on Google the word I invented does not exist) but it is brocciu with blette, very good accompaniment. At this moment I am more hungry, everything is very hearty but the homemade cheese tray offered on the menu is tempted. The youngest cheese is the one I preferred. For dessert, rosemary ice will allow me to digest because we really ate a lot. 27€ the menu and we ate like 10... You, going looking for real flavors, stop here! If only I knew an address with the same report quality price frame welcome in the 06, I would be curious to test.
A taste festival discovered by chance. Not a lot of restaurant in the corner so we don't hesitate to make a few kilometers walk for lunch in this inn farm. From the entrance to the dessert to the wines, no false note is to be regretted and the score is played by a team with small care and with a strong emphasis. The flavours of the Corsican herbs blend perfectly with the meats and cheeses inevitably on the menu. And artisanal ice creams with sheep's milk and myrtle or rosemary or other exorcisms are to fall. The good quality/price ratio finished to leave us a pleasant taste in the mouth and we can, repus, go back for a digestive ride.
