The food is always fresh and hot and good. The food is always better when Samantha is working. PJ's reward program is so much better than their competitors.

Had a delivery driver think it was ok to instead of keeping pizza flat when he pulled out of bag he let the bag drop down and let all my toppings on pizza slide off and to think I gave a $5 tip online good side I called and manager is making us new and sending over wish I could take tip from driver and give to manager

I just want to say thank you for providing me the ph. number to fix my online account. I’d also like to say thanks for the Cinnamon bites they were delicious! We had a minor issue with my order and the staff handled everything perfectly! Customer service isn’t dead at this Papa Johns! You made me very happy! Your willingness to go above and beyond is why we come from N. Perry to your location. Keep up the great customer service! Bravo!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The lady they have taking calls is RUDE and talks to you any kind of way and says her GM says it’s OK. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE LOCATION… I will be reporting IF I COULD GIVE 0 I would!

This place is a down right disgrace ... 3 times they have delivered to me and now all of a sudden I am out of delivery zone and was hung up on. When I called back they were very rude and said a manager over rode it the last 3 times. Would not do it a 4th time and Hung up on me again. Absolutely horrible.
