Fire Ice Pizza - Painesville

The pizza was good, but the shakes were just average. Overall, it's a nice little spot to stop by.

I've been wanting to visit this ice cream shop for a while, and I finally got the chance! I had a fantastic experience; the lady working there was amazing and processed our order very quickly. We sat outside in their lovely patio area, which was clean and well-maintained. I also noticed they are very dog-friendly, which is definitely a bonus!

I had to wait over two hours for my delivery driver. When the food finally arrived, the pizzas were only lukewarm and the milkshakes were more like liquid than anything else. I can't really criticize the restaurant itself, but a two-hour wait for a driver and nearly three hours from the time of ordering to receiving the food is unacceptable. This experience is making me reconsider using apps like this, especially since there's no option to cancel when there's no driver available. I also have no idea how to get a refund in such cases. It’s not anyone's fault, but the lack of a driver really impacted the experience.

The people that work at this place are unbelievably rude. I used to come here years ago when it first opened and it was never like this. Terrible customer service! The food is good but when u place your order they’re even being rude then. If you wanna good food you can come here but be prepared to be demoralized as a human being.

Sometimes my grandma ordered pizza with half pepperoni and half pepperoni with black olives, sometimes they do it, sometimes they didn't, I always complain about it, that's why I have the time to I hate fire and ice
