Chipotle Mexican Grill - Painesville

I have to stop going here because I never learn my lesson. I still give them a chance. This place is hit or miss, usually a miss. Order a bowl. It was cold, but again with a spicy finish of cheese and a few pieces of salad. What is the relationship now? A tablespoon? My daughter's order was also cold and not full. Nice job. I'm done and I won?

Fortunately, there are 2 people on the line. Unfortunately like other chipotle has not to know how to cook rice or season the food properly. I used to eat Chipotle 3x a week. Definitely not order on door dash or by drive in half parts each time.

This chipotle is the WORST Run Chipotle Store! Food is raw and cold, they run out of chicken (CHICKEN! and there are only 2 young people working at any time. No managers in sight. Don't go to this, drive 5 minutes to another.

Trash cans (2) overflow in the dining room. Bar where food is served/produced has been unkempt and sloppy not cleaned. Many employees on hand person taking / making orders was very inappropriate and angry? Person at check-out was sweet only good that I must say about this establishment

Avoid this place if you are a food delivery driver. I waited over TWO HOURS for an order. You shouldn?t accept online orders if you don?t have the manpower. I wouldn?t eat anything here either. So much cross contamination with gloves, dirty counters, the register, overflowing trash, and food. Nope, I will eat at home. My cooking and cleaning is a whole lot better.
