Surfclub Tacos - Paia

The Kalua pork we tried here was the best on the Island! The tacos and Superman fries were absolutely delightful, and the atmosphere was so beautiful!

I had a terrible experience! The chef was shirtless and sweating into the food he was preparing. I would recommend avoiding this place!

We had a group of eight and ended up spending around $200 plus tip, which was quite a bit. While I was settling the bill, I realized I hadn’t received my cheeseburger yet. Everyone else had finished their meals, and I was still waiting. When I inquired again, I was told that we hadn’t ordered it! After spending even more money, I finally got my burger, but it arrived only after everyone else had finished eating. The seasoning on the meat was quite unusual. Overall, I was left frustrated with the service and really struggled to enjoy my burger. I was very disappointed!

The food is AMAZING… and Jose is incredible on Wednesday’s and Saturday’s as entertainment!!!!

Not sure why they haven’t updated their website but the menu in person and the menu online are completely different. They have moved away from tacos to offering other food. Food was fine, coffee was terrible.
