We were thrilled to get a reservation for this wonderful experience. our very high expectations were exceeded in every sight. the food was wonderful and we both lubricated so many amazing and new aromes. we will not miss this on our next trip.

Hands down the best meal we had during our entire two week stay, and one of the most memorable of my life. An inspired, custom prix fixe (and accommodated in advance for vegetarian and pescatarian alike) with incredible wine pairings in a supremely intimate setting. The chef and front of house husband-wife team were beyond welcoming. The mere mouthful of fresh pickled cabbage kimchee was one of the best bites I've ever eaten. Now multiply this one part of a plate by 5 beautiful and meticulously crafted courses as delicious as they were original. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to spend our anniversary. I would not come back to Maui without having a reservation at nyloS booked first.

As always this evening was a treat. Wouldn’t have changed a thing. Every bite exquisite and beautifully presented. Very comfortable, but professional service. Wine pairing was very well done with some very interesting selections. 10 star experience, every time!! Can’t wait til we are back again.
