Symphony's Pahrump Valley Winery

The new owner is being delayed in getting her liquor license renewed which is regrettable for a Winery! The food was still pretty good, especially the prime rib meatloaf! The halibut was overcooked and therefore somewhat dry but the salmon was good. I remain hopeful that they’ll get their liquor license squared away and we will be back the next time we’re in Pahrump

They lost their liquor license! So right off the bat I am disappointed that I came to a winery and can't have wine. The steak dish was cold and not very good tasting. The salmon on the Cesar salad was good but very small. The sodas were not tasty at all. Very sad, been wanting to come here a long time

Been here several times, usually for special occasions. Food is always great, no matter what we've ordered. Staff is courteous and attentive. Wines are excellent. Will of course go again. It's a dinner that will cost around but well worth it

My friend and I have been passing through Pahrump for the last years and we've made sure we spend our birthday dinner here. Great food and service

Great restaurant! We have never had a badd meal there. The food is delicious, the wait staff exceptional, and the ambiance wonderful. We look forward to our next visit! Try the Cobb salad. You won't be disappointed
