Unfortunately, many of the locations we had on our list were closed for the season or didn’t offer gluten-free options. The staff at Padstow Fish and Chips were very knowledgeable, and it took about 20 minutes for them to prepare our order.
The restaurant does not offer gluten-free fish and chips. While they have grilled fish available, the chips are cooked in a shared fryer.

The coffee shop is impeccably clean and well-organized. The staff is incredibly friendly.
The service was quick, but somewhat lacking in friendliness. Among the three types of fish we ordered—squid, cod, and sole—the squid stood out as the best. The sole was clearly fresh and tender, but it was a bit bland in flavor. The chips could have been crispier, but overall, it was a good experience.
