“Os Carrisos” de hace 30 años ya no existe. Pero “Os Carrisos FG” ha sido una grata sorpresa para nosotros, que íbamos buscando recuperar los sabores de aquellos pimientos, xoubiñas, zorza, calamares, su empanada de maíz y sus vinos del país. Ahora es un restaurante moderno, aunque con un toque rural, acogedor, con una cocina actual y una oferta más completa, que no obstante evoca la esencia de aquella taberna de antaño. Bravo por los autores.
