Panda Express - Pacoima

A worker made a mistake here with my order and still made me pay for it. When I confronted him and asked to see the manager, he blamed me. They were no help in eliminating the mistake and they tried to avoid me. I'm not coming back here.

Ridiculously busy, just cash, what kind of chain fast food restaurant is just cash!???

I ordered a larger plate and additional veggie rolls and they didn't give the order right. They forgot the little duck that she should come on the larger plate. When I ask for the right order, they will calculate me for what they have forgotten. Alondra, the cashier said she did that because it would be expensier when I didn't ask. The people who were cooking also complained about making more food. Honestly, they lack customer service and they have no teamwork because the manager has not even helped in the situation.

This place was lonely at this time, no customers, I walked in there were a lot of employees there talking among themselves doing nothing didn't acknowledge me coming in, no greeting at all. Andre, the server order# 247707, was very unpolite she started taking her sweet time before asking me what I wanted, then she started giving me the wrong items, she was lost and not interested in helping at all. Then the supposedly manager came out he was rude as well. Bad environment bad place to eat. Also serving of chow mean was very small.

I stopped into to pick up dinner for my family needless to say everyone else had the same idea. I counted 30 people ahead of me and thought about walking out and going some where else but after watching the staff behind the counter I knew it wouldnt take long to get my order. They were like a well oiled machine each staff member knew exactly what they should be doing. It was great to see the younger generation handling like a boss! They all stepped it into high gear and it didn't take very long at all and we were all out the door. Amazing to watch them working like a team. I know why it's my favorite location to go to .
