Yasu - Paco

Beef Teriyakidon is deliciously sweet while Chicken Katsudon is lighter and healthier than pork. Both have generous servings and I'd consider ordering them again; I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit for simple and affordable Japanese food. Our order taker misunderstood one of our orders, and when we asked about it, he said he heard us differently and left us with the wrong dish. We were dissatisfied with his response. After he left, we called another server and he instantly offered to serve the correct dish. Lesson for Servers: Please consider Service Recovery. Customers need solutions, not just reasons.

If you're looking for a cheap priced Japanese restaurant, you should go for Yasu. We ordered seafood and chasumen miso ramen, and we were really surprised because it is yummy. Generous amount plus value for money, definitely a must try. Considering the fact that their place is crowded and has limited seating capacity, the staffs were really attentive and our orders came on time. Will try their other meals next visit????????

My go to cheap Japanese store in Rob Ermita! I love this place. Not only that they have so much to offer, but their food tastes really nice. I really get full! Their food bowls are big enough and really generous with the toppings. Their gyoza tastes so good too. I always find this place satisfying. Go for Katsu meals!☺

If your a type of person that prefers taste of food over service, then you can go to Yasu. Food is less expensive compared to other japanese restaurants. Masarap talaga ang food! However, they have a very poor customer service. Ung katabi naming table, sinabi na di na available yung order nila, then nagpalit sila ng order. After nila sinabi ung new order nila, Biglang umalis ung crew. When i say "bigla" , he immediately ran away the table. Na interrupt tuloy yung iba pang sasabihin nung katabi namin which is oorder pala sila ng additional. I even heard yung table sa left side ko naman na "Check mo if there is a service charge, magwawala talaga ako". Meron din silang bottomless ice tea, yun lang, nauubos so iba na lang i refill nila ????????
