Wingstop - Pacifica

The service was quite slow, despite having five staff members on duty. They really struggled to coordinate efficiently. If you're planning to come for lunch, be prepared to take longer than expected to return to work. On a positive note, my son absolutely loved the wings!

I typically don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. When I walked in to place my order for pickup, I said “order” and the staff exchanged glances and smiled awkwardly, which set a strange tone. I decided to order the wings, but they were so overcooked that when I bit into them, they were crunchy. I had requested traditional wings, which shouldn’t be crunchy at all. The fries I received were obviously cold as they had been sitting under a warmer before I even placed my order. I’ve worked at Buffalo Wild Wings and another wing place, and this was by far the worst service and the most disappointing food I've ever experienced from a Wingstop. If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid quite a bit for overcooked wings and cold fries.

I enjoy coming here after my gym sessions for their Cajun-style 3-piece tenders, served with celery sticks and unsweetened iced tea. They truly prepare the tenders just right, without the excessive salt found in many wing shops. It's great that they stay open late, even after other places have closed. The staff is friendly and genuinely seems to care about their work, which is a refreshing change from most fast food spots. Keep it up!

Average price for wings for one person 13.00with fries. Lots of varieties, lots of sauces. It's great for take out. Not if your on a diet are watching your cholesterol.
