Colombo's Delicatessen Pacifica

I'm really saddened to write this, especially since I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. Unfortunately, this is the second time in just two months that I've found hair in my sandwich. I used to rave about this place, but I can't ignore the issue anymore—finding hair in food is unacceptable. I've noticed that the staff doesn't wear hair nets, which I believe is the cause of this problem. Having worked in the food industry before, I understand how these things can happen, but it’s incredibly frustrating when they do. I'm truly disappointed and disgusted.

I live in Pacifica and have enjoyed Colombo's Deli for many years. However, when I recently visited the San Bruno location for lunch with my husband, we were quite disappointed. It seems they have new owners, and the quality of the ingredients has declined. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. It feels like a once-great family business is no longer what it used to be.

Not my favorite sandwich shop. The bread wasn't as fresh as at other places, which really affects whether a sandwich is good or bad.

Absolutely the best sandwich I had for years. yesterday my first time was there, every time I go to pacifica, I'll get in!

I love their sandwiches. I love how I can order through their website and go pick it up especially how busy it gets. I love the selection of Italian condiments and pastas and tomato sauces and calabrese pepper spreads. I picked up a pint of Fiorellos Tony Spumani and it was deli-cious. They have frozen Gnocchi and raviolis in their freezer and their Deli case is so drool worthy. I always pick up some mixed olives and calamari salad.
