Phoebe's Cafe - Pacific Grove

I was disappointed with Phoebe restaurant. The menu was limited and did not match the expectations I had for such a beautiful venue. Additionally, they do not accept cash, which was a dealbreaker for me. The cost of trying this place was not worth it. It felt like an automated experience, but with real people who were expensive. Considering there are many fine dining options in Pacific Grove just a few minutes away, I would only recommend Phoebe if you are desperate and have a credit card.

This cafe is a common spot for conferences, with a limited menu of food options. We ordered cappuccinos, which were delicious. The cafe is conveniently located just a short walk from the Best Western and the beach.

Beautiful small place and the only to walk away from the beach. a little paired just due to COVID-19, but they can still get their coffee and stroll down the asilomar beach.

This cafe is located near the check-in area at Asilomar and may be small, but it offers a variety of menu items. We visited every morning for coffee, with my friend particularly enjoying the oatmeal. Some of us tried the pastries, sandwiches, and desserts with wine on different days. The dining options include a large indoor room or outdoor seating, making it a pleasant choice for dining.

I am delighted that I found this restaurant during my stay near Asilomar Conference Center and beach. It is situated in the Lodge at Asilomar, an easy walk on their trails. I savored morning lattes and quiche, as well as evening wine and sunset views from the Lodge deck. It was truly lovely.
