Mezzaluna Pasteria Mozzarella

Warm friendly welcome from the staff, which was nice after the challenge finding parking! The restaurant was packed and lively, a nice surprise for a Sunday. Cocktails, wine list, menu all Grade A. Great place for a group to dine. We were just 2 this time, and could easily hold a conversation.

Food was great. Service excellent. Recommend getting reservations a day in advance if you want to be in the dining room otherwise they do have a nice bar area with couches and outdoor seating that is pet friendly.

The only thing I wanted to mention was that we ate and drank according to the pace of the restaurant and were told about ten minutes before seven that the table was booked at seven for another party...in other words, get a move on and we were still finishing our wine. My friend who was with me is a frequent diner here and has never experienced this.

We ate outside, which wasn't great because the outdoor area is on a busy street. Food was very good, though, and the service was excellent!

My friend and I had a fantastic time at Mezzzaluna last night! We shared an appetizer... a mozzarella from the ‘mozzarella bar', a salad an entree. Everything was out of this world delicious!!! The service was amazing, especially the busboy! We had tea French press coffee for dessert. Their table bread/focaccia was free and delicious with the olive oil/olive spread. Yum... I cannot wait to go back!
