This was our worst experience at this hotel. On our first night, we had to move to three different rooms. The first room was clearly never cleaned, with dirty towels and garbage everywhere. The second room had a leak from the sprinkler system that soaked a significant portion of the carpet. Our third room was clean and acceptable. Overall, the entire property has deteriorated; the gym, game room, and bowling alley are all closed. The café operates only five days a week (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays) from 12 PM to 8 PM. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend staying here.
