Rosso Malpelo - PACHINO

The only positive note is the context: the village of Marzamemi surrounded by the sea. The service proved unlikely, after waiting in vain for about 20 minutes, we had to ask for the menu to arrive first (another wait) and who was to take the order after. While waiting for the pizza, we got some fries (a dish arrived with half a portion of fries and half with potato croquettes, without any explanation; we thought it was a local custom... we discover that the fries had run out, because the next table had asked for them, but was told they were out). The advertised pizzas cooked in a wood oven (which should be a guarantee), resulted in a taste that did not arrive... As a Sicilian I felt a profound disappointment, because it has given itself the image of giving the tourist what they get, so much so it will be another one that will stop... since we are talking about a place with a high concentration of TOURISM.

I can accept paying €6 for a beer, but I can't tolerate having to pay a cover charge of €8 just for having ordered a portion of fries (they took 15 minutes) when the whole terrace was empty and we were the only customers. Clearly from our accent they knew we were tourists, so… Wham!

Fantastica esperienza ferragostiana ... Posizione centralissima e curata con dettagli che lasciano senza fiato !!! È come dire 'Benvenuti nel cuore della Sicilia e dei siciliani'. Piatti curati e di ottima qualità nella scelta dei prodotti utilizzati ... Tutto supportato dalla creatività dei proprietari e dal loro splendido sorriso ... Personale attento e cortese ... Semplicemente ... meraviglioso !!!

Ristorante molto carino all'ingresso del paese, personale eccellente e cordiale,il cibo ad altissimo livello,la pizza strabuona, bellissima esperienza.10 e lode.
