The place is located in the outskirts of pachino. offers ice cream, granite, cannoli and oranges. we tasted ice cream, granite and creamed also brioche mella and everything was very valid, but the cream has no equal!

Garnish to the good almond, prefer the lemon. prices a little altini. fritte brioches to the good bakery cream and those to the ricotta a little less. in the sense that I ate better in quality of ricotta. here also the prices altini.

Carletto is quite popular with locals, an indicator of quality and convenience. We were there several times, both for take out and as eat in cafe. The arancini and pizza we ordered were very good, as were the granita and brioche we ate in the outside terrace (on the busy street) . Being popular, it is often crowded, and getting appropriate service from the limited staff can be a challenge once we just walked out before we were able to get any service. We found the best thing was to succeed in reaching them by phone (often busy or not answering) and place a take out order for a specific time, though timeliness is not their strength. They have an internal dining room, which we did not try because of COVID, the small tables outside can be fine if you find one free. If you are lucky and get there when they are not too busy, you can have a good time efficiently.

We love the place, great food , friendly staff. Great variety of sweets. Variety of ice cream. Awesome place for a nice breakfast

Fantastic ice cream, gelato and gelato cakes but unfortunately the staff is far too busy with their iphone or discussing their social life.
