Przekaż informację zwrotnąMy mother and I went to have dinner and we had a gift card which only covered $25 of the bill my mother wanted to pay the rest on a credit card the young lady that was servicing our table couldn't do it because she didn't have a manager's pin number so we asked where's the manager she said there's no manager on site therefore I had to sit and wait while my mother went to Publix to go get cash out of the ATM to make up the difference this is poor management on their part not the service not the food but management I don't know if any restaurant that doesn't have a manager on site village inn you need to do better
By far the the worse experience my family and I have ever been apart of in any restaurant. The waitress dropped our food off at the table and never showed her face again, Not to mention refills were apparently out of the question being she was missing in action .there were items we ordered that I had to leave the table to flag down a different server and basically beg for . Keep in mind they weren’t even busy. On top of all of this I pay and leave and my children start throwing up on the way home . I get ahold of the manager chris) to let him know about the experience and he/she basically blows me off , long story short says there’s nothing he/she can do for me . And we’re left with a horrible experience that the staff could care less about.. unprofessional group of people with an entitled manager that puts the customers last. Save yourself the headache and disappointment and drive pass the village inn pace Fl.. you’ll be glad you did.
The food was greasey( I am vegetarian, everything I ate tasted like bacon grease), and it has been the last few times that I have gone. I went there to meet up with a long-time friend from out of town, so I was hoping it was going to be good like it used to be... so sad that it was not. Looks like the next time will be elsewhere.
My wife and I went there for lunch on Wednesday 5/24. The server was very professional and did a great job. When we went to order I ordered the same thing ordered the week before an ham and cheese omelette, with toast instead of grits and pancakes. The server said she could not substitute the toast for the grits. I ask to speak with the manager, ha came and said that the person last week broke the rules and they could not substitute toast for grits. He was a. Follower not a leader for sure. He was very rude and disrespectful. We got up to leave and will not go back to a place that does not have the foresight to work with the customer. Lots of places that server food in Pace, if I was you I would go some place else where the customer is appreciated! I would give this establishment negative stars if I could.
I've been to Village Inns in other states. I was looking for a good place for Breakfast on a Sunday morning. I figured this would be one. The food was good. Service was also good. I had a waitress in training who did just fine. It helped that they appeared well staffed and it wasn't very busy. My issues were the price. $16 and change for 2 slices of French toast two eggs two slices of bacon and coffee. Thats IHOP prices for less food. And the menu. To get a classic breakfast eggs hashbrowns bacon and toast you have to build from the VIB selections. Would have been more expensive than what I did get.
