Chili's Grill - Pace

My friend and I visited Chili's in Pace, Florida for lunch today. We both ordered the lunch combo special and were very pleased with the food. Our waitress, Jamie, was excellent and provided great service throughout our meal.

Chilis is a great restaurant, but my recent experience was disappointing. The heater was not working, a bathroom stall was out of order and blocked by a tray table, the seat had split leather, and they were out of queso, brisket, and chicken wings.

Ms. Brooke delivered excellent customer service. I was greeted with respect and her service was very prompt. It was a nice change from the usual rush to clock in and go home that I experience every day. Meeting someone who truly values their reputation and customers was refreshing. She was friendly and courteous, and I also appreciate the chef coming out to check on me, displaying professionalism. This was my first visit, and I will definitely recommend this restaurant highly.

We had a party of 9 people and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Calling ahead definitely made a difference as they were able to accommodate us smoothly. The service was quick and efficient, and everyone received the correct food orders. The quality of the food was great. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the restaurant.
