Wendy's - Ozark

The drive-thru at this Wendy's is slow, the service is poor, and most orders are incorrect or incomplete. The quality of the food is also questionable. I believe there may be issues with management, employee training, and work ethics. I do not recommend this Wendy's location at all.

The service was terrible, the dining room was ice-cold, and one of the staff members had their children running around in the dining room. It was the worst service I have ever experienced! It is likely that this restaurant will be closing soon, just like Burger King, because of its terrible service. Making good food is not rocket science - they should simply follow the model of Chick-fil-a.

This restaurant was very dirty. There was trash and liquid all over the parking lot and the floors inside. The drink machine and condiment table were both sticky. I ordered on the app and when I arrived at the restaurant, they had not even seen my order. The staff was apathetic and unhelpful. I would have left, but I had already paid through the app. I will not be returning.

Big French pommes! we always get the speckkäse small order hamburger. a lot enough, oh earthbeer also eats well.

Waited 15 minutes for food. One of the employees two kids were running around the dining area climbing on chairs and tables and partitions with bare feet. One other guest had to tell them to settle down! They were out of control. We will never eat there again, we will go to Dothan or eat somewhere else!
