Subway - Ozark

I went there for lunch today and it was so good I stopped on my way home from work to get another sandwich for supper, I got cold cut combos both times, what sets this store apart from all others in Springfield is first of all this store is clean andthe employees are genuinely friendly and professional, at Springfield stores I have to tell them several times that I want moreonions, tomatoes, mayonnaise, etc. they skimp on everything terribly and are rude , the Ozark store the employees seem to ?know?exactly what I like.. and that?s what I call taking excellent care of customers, I?ll never go anywhere else except the Ozarksubway where my sandwiches are excellent and tasty, I appreciate you! Thank you sincerely you stand out amongst all theothers!!!!

I ordered a salad and the bow was literally 1/2 full! The price was high though! I ordered 2 sandwiches the salad no combo meals and it was almost $40!! I will not be going back any time soon!

Ordered online using a ten dollar gift card I had received from work. Unfortunately the app would not allow me to split my payment. The store employees graciously worked with me to allow me to add more money to the gift card balance. That,in turn,allowed me to take advantage of an online only offer! For all the crew, including the manager, working between noon and 2pm onJuly 5th 2022, all my sincere thanks ????

Sign said 11.99 for sandwich. Rang out at 13.19..... said they couldn't do anything about it. Already charged the card. Left angry. But I'll tell you...for that price you can eat regular meals at Mundos or Thai Palace (they were closed.. Sunday night). Subway doesn't empower their employees to make things right. Have had no corporate response yet...4 days
