Sonic Drive-in - Ozark

The food was delivered quickly and politely. the server had a wonderfully high mental attitude. I wish they were. that was just the way I ordered it. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you, whoever you were.

Dining in means eating in your car at this place. No problems, good service.

I love it here. But I wish they covered the drinks since I dash so I try to cover them myself.

My family and I had Sonic for dinner tonight, we ordered 3 combo meals, paid around $25. Our burgers were decent and made as ordered (reason for 2 stars) but the fries were so old, hard, and disgusting that we could not stand to eat them. Such a huge waste of hard earned money. We basically paid $25 for 3 burgers and 3 fountain drinks because the fries went in the trash where they should have been in the first place.I've worked fast food and in customer service, so I'm understanding and not so quick to complain, but this was absolutely ridiculous. The fries had to have been several hours old to be that hard and disgusting. They were literally inedible. I wouldnt even allow my dog to have any for fear that she would break a tooth/teeth. I would have taken it all back if I had the time.Ozark, Al Sonic, do better.
