Ribcrib Bbq - Ozark

Great and friendly service. The food came out in time and the waitress kept checking us in Qith. Sweet little fast food rib joint. On the way to Branson such a decent location directly on the highway. Lots of food for the money... I have leftovers tomorrow. You even have a drive.

Very disappointing. Something is always forgotten and we have to go back. We ordered the Superpack on 21. May the three flesh and one side of ribs. Called and spoke to the manager and he said he forgot the disk brisket and would give us a discount under our phone number for the next time we ordered. Quickly before July 5th, we ordered two of the family packs and I talked to Elijah about getting the spicy and mild sauce and the discount we were told we would get. My husband said there was no discount on our phone number and when he brought the food home, there were no sauces. So we had to send my husband back because you don't have Bbq without the sauce. He asked to talk to the manager and said he was busy. No, we're sorry or how can we do that better?. Very poor customer service and the meat was in small portions. Spreading $100 each time tells us that it's time to find another place. Disappoint.

We stopped when we didn't have much time and just wanted a quick bite as we say. But I ordered half a rack when ribs. They were very good and I took myself home. Very pleasant people, great waitress and our stop worth.

Not sure what I was eating, but that wasn't the best ribs. The cook had barely cooked, then he sent them out. I should have sent her back. Make sure you pick up the WAREN. They were not busy, so this was not an excuse to send barely cooked food. I could make a comment here about giving him the person with the salad. We have to go back.

What a complete disappointment. We had guests over and wanted bbq we recommended our local Rib Crib because we typically love it everyone is kind, and the food is great. Tonight however was horrible. We were missing items, extra meat orders were wrong, I actually had bad Cole slaw, bitter and wilted, fries were cold, ribs tasted like they were days old. I could go on ?. This was a horrible experience. Because of the money we spend and the wait we endure this will be the last time we go to, or recommend Rib Crib in Ozark.
