Kfc - Ozark

It was very good food. Chicken was completely boiled. It is newly renovated, very clean. The staff was very nice, attentive to our needs. Happy to serve us with a smile. We'll eat back there.

I didn't get the cookies in the $5.00 KFC shell! you should send me something to compensate and tell your fellow workers that they'll get theirs together!

I was in this KFC about a million times I never got an order right. Always! But I went yesterday and we had good service and I ordered a ton of food and everything was right!!! It didn't take long until everything was very hot and fresh. Good work Ozark KFC!

The gravy and slaw lids were not put on, so all of it spilled out in bag, we also paid for 4 biscuits but received none. I called up there and he said he could only replace the biscuits, said he wasn't responsible for the driver, I said I was thedriver because I picked it up. He said do you want the biscuits, I hardly got no out before he hung up on me. Rude! And we willnot be going back! If I could do a no star rating, I would!!!
