Dunkin' - OYSTER BAY

Terrible place. Placed an online order for 2 hot chocolate boxes and when I got there to pick it up, person working there said that machine is not working so they don’t have it. I asked to cancel the order and he said that I can do it on my phone. Since then I’m trying to call Dunkin management to refund my money and still struggling with it. They could have gave me a call to let me know that their machine is not working so can not fulfill the order. Instead of that they have charged my card also :(Terrible people and terrible place!!!!

DD in Oyster Bay has Great service... to my misfortune the early bird catches the the fresher fall munchkins much earlier in the day... I like to treat myself to 2-3 munchkins once in a while....in my mind they are less calories than a donut...and there is no such thing as eating a half a donut I prefer a regular coffee from DD than the green mermaid. The store is always kept clean.

Cashier was incredibly rude and had a bad attitude! I asked for an item that was visibly posted on the menu and she expressed, we don 't sell that here. It appeared that she wasn 't interested in making the drink. I decided to be flexible and changed my order. Coffee was watered down and bland. The store did not have straws--I had to go next door to the deli to ask for one. Unfortunately, we ended up tossing all three drinks out because they tasted so bad. I will never go back!

This Dunkin Donuts is amazing I recommend it. The people there are hard working and very polite.The jelly donut I got was the best one that I've ever had
