Five Guys - Oxon Hill

Finally, there are more food options on my side, but I highly recommend ordering for pickup. The service was extremely slow. I waited 40 minutes for a burger and fries, while three people who ordered after me received their orders first. Not only that, but my order was incorrect - I asked for Cajun fries but settled for regular fries since my ride was waiting. Upon arriving home, I discovered there was no burger in my bag. I had already showered and gotten settled, only to have to go back for a completely new order. To top it off, my soda was flat. This experience was enough for me to not return.

This five guys location is new to the area. Very clean and friendly staff. Good service, I am hoping they will continue to be friendly.

While waiting for my food, I observed the staff diligently cleaning, and I was impressed. The customer service was excellent and the food was served hot and delicious. Thank you!

I visited this restaurant yesterday and only ordered a small fry. When I went to where the fries were being made, a young man took the fries out of the grease, then walked away to the cash register at the front of the store. The cashier saw what he did, put the fries back in the grease, took them out, salted them, and gave them to me without saying thank you. I was not impressed with the service and will not be coming back.
