Mcdonald's - Oxnard

Hot fast food, just what i expected and like I ordered. Nice lady was pretty nice and flashed me a sassy smile which are my day (along with some salty fries and a hot filet-o-fish). Another Good and fast visit to Mickey D's.

I received excellent service during my visit to this restaurant. The evening crew was particularly friendly compared to the day crew. They were patient when I asked for my fries to be replaced, and the manager quickly offered to replace them without any hesitation. Great job to whoever you are, I will definitely be returning again.

I opened my McMuffin and was surprised to see that the bread was completely off to the side. What the heck??????

My family brought our 11-year-old to the restaurant's play area to have some fun and enjoy some chicken nuggets. However, we were shocked when the manager approached us and rudely insisted that our child was too old and big to play with the other kids, causing our girl to cry. It was especially infuriating to see that they allowed a disruptive homeless man to stay on the premises, but singled us out and kicked us out, belittling our child in the process. To the manager who displayed such heartless behavior on October 7th, 2022 at 1 pm - you are truly despicable.

UPDATE 06/06/22: I know I?m being a Karen, but why do I always need to ask for napkins? And I?m given ONE NAPKIN for a meal and a kids meal? Again, no thank you and no response to you are welcome after I tell them thank you. No issues on the order. THANKGOODNESS! Oh corporate gave me a coupon for a small fry after my complaint. This store needs major customer service training.The person who took my order was fine. She didn't rush me and didn't interrupt me. The person who took my payment didn't sayhello, didn't verify my order, didn't tell me the amount owed nor did she say thank you. I knew the amount owed because it saidso on the ordering screen. The person who handed me the food also didn't great me nor said thank you. I asked for my McFlurry tobe mixed properly and they said they don't have a machine that does that. I called the store when I got home and was told yesthey have the machine. I asked is it working and she said yes. My fries I asked for no salt and it had salt. Also it's 2/3 full.$3.89 each for fries and McFlurry and it's not done properly. Total disappointment. When I worked at McDonald's In the 2000's wealways said hello and thank you. We had the best customer service because we never knew if we would have a mystery shopper stopby.
