Jack In The Box - Oxnard

It's difficult for me to say no to a Jack in The box Burger because I really think they are the best of all the fast food chains. I love their spicy crispy chicken sandwich also. I used to be able to eat both but not anymore at my age

These are some Very hard working people! They due their best on food order accuracy have to tolerate a lot of rude behavior from customers.

Young man, an employee of the establishment, refused to wear gloves when I politely asked him to use gloves when handling my food. Especially, when dealing with dirty currency and money. He began to scream and yell at me in front of the customers andhis shift leader. She thought he was yelling at another employee, soon realizing it was a customer. Manager told him to weargloves several times and responded with defiance. Also, the drive-thru employee stepped in and told me I will handle your food, but when I looked at his hands, noticed dirt and grime under his nails as well. If you want to stay healthy, not be yelled atand embarrassed in front of other, do not eat at this establishment.

Horrible customer service. Management is even worse, there?s a specific lady she?s either a shift leader or manager, she is always trying to charge for sauce.
