El Pollo Norteno - Oxnard

I called this 1290 s oxnard blvd, oxnard, about 93030 to let them know that my food was very salty. not only my mixto burrito, but also the salsa. the girl that answered was overall b. she said her manager said that eating tastes good. I told her I didn't ask for my money back, but just let her know the problem so they can fix it. Serious customer service and cannot improve with the feed of paying costumers or correct a problem.

We had a lovely family dinner. The Tri-Tip was excellent, and the other dishes were good as well, though they could use some improvement. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience.

The food is excellent, but this is the third time I've come in for a family pack. The chicken isn't a whole chicken; they split a chicken breast in half and call it two pieces. It's a clever way to boost profits, but it feels unfair to the customer.

Don't get the tri tip burritos. It's the only thing I get from there and they have gone down hill. Seems like they throw all the scrap pieces in your burrito and they are much smaller now. This is also the 2nd time I order an extra salsa and get a huge chunk of tomato in it. No bueno. Ugh, so disappointed!

Food is always good! Can't go wrong with either the chicken or tri-tip
