The coffees, lattes, and maroons are great. Will is super friendly and always greets everyone with a smile.

My sister got a coffee before her trip back to Seattle. Her coffeecwas great and she was impressed by the beautiful latte he'd made for the previous customer. He entered a competition with baristas from all over the world. He's got drinks you've never heard of, but sound delicious. We got to talk to him for a few minutes, he's a man who loves his craft.

This is my go to coffee shop! The only coffee shop I come to on a regular basis and the service every time is amazing!! Come by and meet the owner Will, he’ll be sure to take care of you and provide recommendations to your liking. You’re missing out if you haven’t checked this place out.

Dolce Vita never disappoints! Located within the OTC it provides excellent coffee to the local and traveler. The atmosphere has the perfect balance of cozy and city vibes (great Instagram shots). The owner Will, achieved in providing high quality coffee, food, and atmosphere. 10/10 recommended to stop by and try out what Dolce Vita has to offer.

Will makes every cup and serves every plate with love! Everything is good because of the love put into each serving! The lavender lattes both hot and cold whole or oat milk are a must try! The turkey sandwich with avocado, and lemon macaron made an amazing lunch! Chocolate gelato and a yummy Tartsland tart make for yummy dessert! Always coming back! Thank you Will!
