Dairy Queen - Oxnard

Been ages since I've been to a Dairy Queen and I was quite satisfied. Their soft serve is still the best. I had to wait but not too long. You're really got to hand it to these minimum wage workers are doing their best. They also had a fair amount of eating options do I did not partake.

The burgers at this restaurant are really delicious and take me back to the good old days! The French fries could be a bit crispier, but the shakes, hot dogs, and burgers are all excellent.

Jones for soft serve? can't beat this place! there's food here too, but you know you want the blizzard!

I have always loved Dairy Queen over other Ice Cream chains. When I was a kid we would go there as a treat and they were always good. Butterscotch Dillybars are amazing. I stand by that statement, it will be the hill I die on. The serving sizes are not monstrous which is the norm for many restaurants/fast food places. When you get a blizzard the toppings are actually dispersed throughout the whole blizzard. While other places have the toppings layered at the top and the other 90% is just plain ice cream. You may need to take a drive to get there but it is worth it.

My mother and I love coming to this place for our Sunday ice cream. It's our favorite spot!
