Wendy's - Oxford

Honestly, this place doesn't even deserve one star. We waited in line for an hour before we could place our order, and since the lobby was closed, we couldn't order inside. We ordered six simple items, and it took an additional 20 minutes just to get our order taken. Only one window was open, and we received the wrong food twice. The staff member at the window even tried to keep my older brother's debit card. Most of the workers had locked the doors and were playing with their kids in the lobby instead of attending to customers. Overall, the service was simply awful.

This restaurant experience was incredibly frustrating. On my last three visits, I've been told they were out of chili—OUT OF CHILI! Chili is the main reason I come to Wendy's, and I can never get it at this location. I also ordered two 10-piece chicken nugget meals, which were overpriced and nearly burnt. After that disappointment, I had to drive out of my way to another location just to get the chili I wanted. The manager at this location seems lazy and isn't fulfilling their responsibilities. This place really needs to improve, or it's going to hurt Wendy's overall business!

The food was delicious! However, it took a bit longer to arrive than I had anticipated. That said, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely give them another chance next time!

Waited in the drive thru for about 20 minutes for one car. 10 minutes was spent waiting for them to talk to us in the intercom. After finally teaching the window, we got our food but we no receipt. They didn't pay attention to us at all. Couldn't getcondiments. After checking we found that we had one wrong sandwich. Not going to be going back to this location. Better offsticking to a different fast food joint.

This last visit was takeout, and the previous was dine-in during the covid no mask break. Everything was exactly perfect. We got a plain chicken w/cheese sandwich, and a Wendy's Double. It was good and I mean total noms. I got fries and a fountainCoke. The fries were perfect and the Coke was perfect. They have one of those new nice fountain drink machines. Remembertreat your food service workers with kindness. It's not an easy job these days. Thanks Wendy's!!
