Waffle House - Oxford

This waffle house is my favorite in the area. I choose to go to this one, even though there’s one just down the street. The trip is definitely worth it. The service is consistently fantastic, and the food is prepared exactly how we request it—hot, fresh, and always delicious. My only complaint is with the waffles; for some reason, they tend to be a bit undercooked. They come out soggy rather than crispy, which just doesn’t feel right.

The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly, and despite being busy, our meals arrived quickly. Their positive attitude made the experience even better.

I placed a phone order and a woman answered, but I could hear her complaining about takeout orders. When I called back, there was no answer. So, I decided to drive to the restaurant. When I arrived, I found the same woman sitting on a tailgate smoking cigarettes, while the cook chatted at the door and another staff member was on their phone at the counter, despite there being only one customer dining in the restaurant. It seemed they were completely unaware that customers might want to place phone orders. On a positive note, my food was prepared quickly and it was delicious. I wish we could see the strong work ethic from 2018 and 2019 return in our daily lives.

My fiancée and I enjoyed breakfast here twice. Our waitress, Teresa, was so sweet and personal. Fast service and great meals!

Food was good I got a burger and had an egg added to it if I had known they charged 3.00 for an egg I would of diffently not got it added come on you can buy a dozen eggs for less than 4 bucks .
