Margherita's - Oxford

I've been visiting this place for years and it never disappoints. The food is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. I usually order takeout for dinner, and I find that most meals cost around $10–20 per person. I highly recommend the wings, stromboli, cheesesteak, pepperoni pizza, and fries.

I decided to try this restaurant for the first time and ordered takeout on my way home from work. The prices were reasonable, and the interior looked nice when I went in to pick up my pizza. The staff was friendly, which was a plus. The food appeared appetizing, but unfortunately, it didn’t taste great. I love white garlic pizza, but something was off with the garlic—it had a very unpleasant flavor! Everything else was fine, but that bad garlic taste completely ruined the experience for me. My friend speculated that they might have used jarred garlic instead of fresh, but I’m not sure if that was the issue. It could have been bad garlic, though I didn’t get sick, or maybe it just wasn’t cooked properly. Either way, it was really disappointing.

Outstanding Italian cuisine at a fair price! I dined in for dinner and found it to be a fantastic experience. The cost per person was between $10 and $20. The food was rated a solid 4, while the service and atmosphere both earned a perfect 5. I highly recommend trying the Meat Sauce!
